Returns & Exchanges Policy – Manileela

At Manileela, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 3-day return and exchange window to make things right.


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • All return requests must be initiated by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 9157477511.
  • Returns will only be accepted if:
  • The product is in brand-new condition, unused and unworn.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.
  • There are no stains, damages, or alterations.
  • Embellishments or detailing on the product are intact.

Important: We do not offer refunds. A Manileela Credit Note will be issued for accepted returns.
Return & reverse logistics fee: ₹100 will be charged.


Returns Not Accepted If:

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
  • The return package is incomplete or missing original items.
  • The product was purchased using a credit note or is on sale.
  • Free gifts or bundled promotional items are not returned along with the product.
  • The item was customized (unless damaged on arrival).
  • Return is sent without prior approval via WhatsApp.

Manileela reserves the right to reject a return if it fails to meet our return conditions.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 9157477511 within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup from your location.

Damage Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A replacement will be provided after verification.
  • Email a photo of the damaged item to Manileela@gmail.com for prompt resolution.
  • Please note: Refunds are not offered for damaged products, only replacements.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • An ₹100 fee applies for exchanges and reverse logistics.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9157477511 to initiate the exchange process.

Manileela Credit Note Usage

  • Manileela gift cards/credit notes can be redeemed on our website at checkout.
  • Enter the code sent to your email at checkout; the amount will be deducted.
  • Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • For any issues using the code, WhatsApp us between 10 AM to 6 PM (Mon–Sat).

International Returns

  • We currently do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Customers must bear the return logistics cost.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled (for both COD and prepaid).
  • For prepaid orders, we can issue a Manileela gift card (No refunds to bank accounts).

Customized Jewellery

  • Customized orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
  • If a customized item is delivered damaged, email a picture to Manileela@gmail.com. If verified, a replacement will be provided.
